Tuesday Trigger Perty & Flirty

It has been a couple of months since I have submitted an entry for a card challenge.  So, I made this card today for the Tuesday Trigger over at Moxie Fab World.  Supplies are all Stampin' Up! except for the ribbon, button and striped paper.
